I am unsure if this has mentioned because I did not read the full 18 pages but I believe it should be included.
The staff out of Heroic MGT is the best one in the game currently for spirit regen (I believe).

Place 3 epic spirit gems in it and give it the 20 spirit enchant and you have a staff with 91 spirit.
I have my earring of soulful meditation trinket bound to equip the staff on use. That way I get a boost of roughly 391 spirit over my vash hammer and sun king talisman. This kicks me up from 496 to 887 spirit unbuffed. Time that with a lull in the battle and an inner focus or simply use it with an innervate and you regen your entire mana bar quite quickly. I like to use the vash hammer + sun king rod for the rest of the fight as they have much more +healing than the staff does.
