More a post on making a drink, not drinking itself.
Does anyone have a difinitive way to make a Flatliner? Im a sodding barman and I can't get a straight answer.
For those who dont know, its a shot composing of Sambuca, Tequila and Tabasco Sauce.
Sambuca first, obviously since it's needed for the tabasco and Tequila to rest on. But the arguement i've seen is what to add first, Tabasco or Tequila, some say Tequila then tabasco, as it stop the tabasco dropping straight in and sinking through the sambuca, others say tabasco first for presentation methods and general princple of the order it appears in the glass...
Any takers?
