I haven't been able to find a reliable source of information about Libram switching, specifically between Repentance and Lightbringer. Can both be used effectively? I am trying the following macros:

#show Holy Shield
/cast Holy Shield
/equip Libram of Repentance

#show Judgement
/cast Judgement
/equip Tome of the Lightbringer

This appears to work fine, but I wonder: while the Tome of the Lightbringer gives you a normal buff, the Libram of Repentance's effect seems to be passive. Does this mean that I get the increased Block Rating only while the Libram itself is equipped, or only if the Libram is equipped while I cast Holy Shield?
