im playing a hunter for some time now and doing all soort of raids and doing fine in ther,
but need to know what i'm doing wrong. My dps isn't braking the 850dps max.

can some one check my gear, gems, enchants and spec plz and tell me what i can improve to make it better
in the fights i use the macro
#showtooltip Steady Shot
/petattack
/cast !Auto Shot
/cast [target=pettarget, exists] Kill command
/cast Steady Shot
/script UIErrorsFrame:Clear()
and
/targetenemy
/petattack
/cast hunter's mark
/startattack
(dont know what shot rotation it is )
and between the shots i try to get a arcane and multi-shot
plz how can i bracke the 1k min?
do i need to respec /new gems etc?
