3 parries and 3 dodges doesn't help either. If you miss/parry/dodge 16 times, then you definately ran into rage and rotation problems.

He recently picked up the T6 belt which dropped him below the hit cap, but regardless getting parried a ton definitely kills your DPS on Brutallus, we changed his positioning one time last night so melee wouldn't get parried and I saw about a 150 dps increase
Just watch positioning
