I still pull 2 to 1 at least in BGs, usually much better. If you have full season 2 and the s4 honor pieces you have all the gear you need to dominate in BGs. If you do have that gear and don't perform well, don't blame a lack of gear. On my geared out lock I usually put on a bunch of PvE gear in BGs to increase my damage. I only run 200 to 250 resil in BGs despite running at 495 in arena.
