Got a question, which is probably easy to answer, but not being a balance druid I just wanted to check before I grind for the S2 gear and make the respec.

Starfire Insta-cast?

With the Starlight Wrath talent reducing Starfire by 0.5 sec makes it 3 sec cast
Using 4 set PvP Wyrmhide gear to make it get a chance from Wrath to make it 1.5 sec cast
Having the Mystical Skyfire Diamond also proc off the same Wrath making it 0.75 sec cast
That same Wrath causing a crit which procs NG making it a nice 0.25 sec cast

How much haste rating is needed to make it instant? Are there any talents in the works to further reduce it?

Then again thinking about it, will any reduction in the cast time come before or after MSD proc?

Also with this in mind, wouldn't it make Wrath come into spell rotations more often with the Wrath procs for SF and SF procs for Wrath, as well as the Nature's Fury debuff
