I looked at your WWS report...especially Gorefiend as it is the kind of fight that favors hunters a lot...

In my opinion 1200 DPS is way too low...especially with 4x T6...something around 1.8-2k dps should be possible for you...

If I were you, I would switch out Bristle and use the x-bow with the 3:2 rotation...as Barradin stated some posts ago...a speed closer to 2.0 is better with the 3:2 than a 2.1 speed...with 80 haste and the x-bow you would have an attackspeed of 1.93s...

During the Gorefiend fight you fired 113 Steadys and 51 Autos...thats more like a 2:1 rotation

Viewing your combat log the rotation is really messed up...you chained a lot of steadys...sometimes 3 or more in a row...the 3:2 should look like that: auto, steady, auto, steady, steady, auto, steady, auto, steady, steady...
I would assume that this is because of the 2.1 attackspeed and latency/fps issues...and the fact that you had raidlead

During the other bossfights there was also some weird steady chaining...

I myslef use 80 haste and the x-bow with around 30ms latency...and the 3:2 rotation works extremely well for me...
Switch out Band of Devastation for Angelistas Revenge or the Signet from ZA...get belt of the silent path for more hitrating and if you have enough, get the badge 2h-axe with 53 haste...in combination with the bracers that makes 80 haste rating (5%)...that should be enough to clean up the 3:2 rotation...
A new neck would also be nice...because the scryers buff isn't really worth it...(aldor gives 200 AP...scryers does some arcane dmg :/ )...
