That doesn't say Kill Command will be "great" or "amazing" or any variation. Just that it will be changed to something better suited as a finishing move. It still doesn't do even that based on current info, but let's keep the right perspective.

Koraa lumps Kill Shot (awesome finisher) and Kill Command together by proximity to each other in a comment about finishers. Is it then wrong to assume that Kill Command is going to be something new, cool and potentially great as a finisher? I think not. We aren't here to assume the worst in their posts. It is their job to be clear about what they intend (they aren't politicians, so I think it is fair to assume they are honest about the game). Here we were left with the impression that something good would happen to Kill Command, only to see it neutered and the associating talent kicked in the nuts for good meassure.
If you do what Koraa did out in the real world, and true enough there wasn't anything in that quote that explicitly tied Kill Command and Kill Shot together (could be argued they are totally different comments), but it is laid out to make people assume it is good, or at least it should be clear that is what people would indeed believe about it.

Koraa knows that Kill Shot has recieved a lot of positive rep, and people will love it as a finisher. I think it is low to announce a change to Kill Command like that. Or at least not very well thought out. We can be happy this is a relatively minor ability.
