You posted twice when you really only needed to post once. I'm giving you an infraction for not reading the rule on this, and merging this post with the one preceding it.

Well, the talent tree over at MMO-Champion specifically mentions melee crit. You don't go out of your way to write melee alone and actually mean melee and ranged. There must be a reason to it being melee alone, perhaps making LotP better in most cases, but Rampage a nice substitue if LotP is unavailable. Just too bad we are the ones who end up being the difference between good and great utility. Couldn't there for once be something other than Hunter's Mark that gave us the greater benefit and melee 50/25% of the value?
If they want to add ranged at some point to Rampage, then why not now if it is already planned? They might do it, but I think they want to test if this has an impact on who wants who and so on. But so far it is specific and intended that Rampage only affects melee.
