So, since SP can _respec_ it's OK for him/her to be inferior DPSer. Ouch. Good that at least it's not "utility" anymore.
If I am not mistaken, there are like 2.5 spots per class. So it should be fair, that there are sometimes 2 and sometimes 3 priests (let's assume we never have much more or less). So what you are stating is, it's ok if you have 2 healing priests and one SP in raid, but not if there are 2 dps and one healing...

It's no more beneficial to take a second feral than it is to take a second sp in wrath. You can do it, since it's just another person filling a role, but the buffs won't stack.

So in other words, if I as RL will take more dps druids/sps/palas than is _absolutely_needed_ for stacking buffs I will significally cripple my raid DPS and that is what you consider fair. Wow. Is this part still related to being able to respec to other role, or is it "utility" this time?
