as it stands the assassination tree on paper looks like the best pve dps tree. You can go 51/10/0 (70 build) and get many damage % modifiers.
57% more poison damage
18% more all around damage
2% on all humanoid, giant, beast or dragonkin
30% more rupture damage
Rolling SnD
10 energy more
