If you're only quoting one post, don't split it like that. We're all capable of reading blocks of text and the poster had already broken his post into numbered points.

I have no idea why Priests have mind powers though, heh

Many of the names were taken from the Assassin in Diablo II LoD: Mind Blast, Fade, the "psychic" moniker. Though looking back at those abilities, it'd be neat for Priests to get "Psychic Hammer" as a new knockback skill.

1. Well it's an 11 point talent now remember, I think if we're spending a talent point on it 10 minutes -> 30 seconds is a good change.

I agree it's a positive change, but the balance of it is going to make a difference. In your average 3min arena fight, that's 5 opportunities for the well-specced priest to restore a good percentage of his HP even when Mana Burned.

Obviously, these questions will need to get asked of the Blues -- Koraa made the latest post fairly late in the afternoon, so many of the concerns might not get addressed until later this week.

It'll be interesting to see how the design of this new Hymn pans out.
Also, given all the information on mana-return mechanics for Priests, what does this all mean for Dispersion?
