Hmm Missed a few things

Soul Fire cooldown removed.

so this was my concern with chaotic mind

Backdraft (Tier 9) no longer reduces the mana cost of your next 3 destruction spells.

so now it's pure haste buff which is cool, 30% haste for 3 spells is nice, but I'd almost prefer mana efficiency to 3 quick spells. though with raid wide mana return could be better.

I think I'd look at this for a destro spec, Not 100% sure.
