No, and this is a stupid question in a beta talent discussion where stuff is changing. If you want to keep up, then read it and keep up. Otherwise sit and wait for the talents to go live, then watch what people say about dps rotations.

I'm having difficulty following all the different PVE DPS cycles that are being suggested. With all the recent changes to the talent trees and some people talking about the beta versus PTR, could someone post the "suggested" arms and fury specs for level 70 and then level 80.
