I was to disuade this line of discussion. This isn't your personal soapbox. We aren't willing to give you a loadspeaker to shout the same message over and over again until you get whatever satisfaction you believe you are owed. If Blizzard has specifically indicated they will address the issue, which they have in this case, you don't need to continue a campaign on the issue on our forums.

I'm not "worried", I just don't buy it. No one is testing current raids. The patch is going to ship barely before Wrath. If they break current raids, they are likely broken period. So beating this issue like a freaking dead horse on this forum -- which they read -- until there is a blue post saying "we have removed Shear from 3.02" is quite frankly worth doing.
And if there's another equivalent issue where a boss goes from easily killed to de facto unkillable, I think it's worth mentioning it again.
