You are speculating, which is fine. You are stating your speculation as fact, which is not. They have said they're going to make some changes. You believe that this will involve a nerf to JotW. This is your opinion. But Blizzard has never said this, so don't state that they have as though it were fact, to avoid spreading misinformation.
