if you are spell hit capped, (which in turn means hit capped), is there a reason to spec into the 6% hit talents? I'm assuming that imp dual wield doesnt stack on top of hit cap? because the 6% hit is for melee only, but if ur spell hit capped then your melee hit capped...?
or am i missing something?
