This is a dumb question. The talents and spells are all changing. No one is going to build a specific table to confirm the rotation for various haste levels until talents are closer to fixed.

Wow, it seems to get really complicated now.

Is it possible to make a table, where one can see which rotation is the best for the given haste value? It also seems to me, that there gonna be some black spots on this table with haste values, that doesnt really improve dps because there is no fittig rotation for it.
I would do it myself, but right know I dont have the time and I think some of you guys are already a lot more into it.
