My opening has been (with someone else using CoE):
CoA -> Immolate -> Corr -> Incin (repeat) -> Chaos bolt in last 4 seconds of Immolate duration -> Conflag -> Immolate -> Incin x2 -> Re-apply dots as necessary, lifetap 2-3 times, if time incinerate, then Chaos Bolt before Conflag again.
That's the best one I've found so far out of hours and hours and hours of testing that resulted in the most output.
All in all destruction is pretty frustrating. For those of you with the ability to post in the beta forums, help keep the following thread constructive to attract blue attention. I feel I described most of the issues with destro currently.
