shown by whom and with which way? that one talent doesn't go to static shock according to toots..it goes to feral
spirit..l2read..last but not least you are there as a hybrid class so the extra talent in stormstrike which means
more charges which boosts the rest of the casters dps..static shock without improved shields is meaningless..
