Curretnly I'm using a 11/50/0 spec and just want to confirm with not scorching if you have a frost mage with you. Is this due Winters Chill? Most of you seem to really know your crap and I just want to improve how I play the best I can. I'm assuming winters chill and if that is up I'm wasting time casting scorch when I could be squeezing in a fire ball?
