Thats how i remembered it too!  The problem for me at the moment is working with averages when sometimes averages just do not apply. My sheets show the same increase (more or less) but in a perfect situation we have to consider the fact that ticks ONLY happen every 3 seconds. Leaf made a very good point about the equal amount of ticks. I'll add more when i figure out a better way to model this.
On a side note you are using almost the exact same layout i am for my rotation formulas and inputs. Right down to the 'if' statements. Once i've got mine a little more polished i'll try and get it uploaded for you to critique.
