Kaubel asked for the lists in this thread to end. Also, jesus some of the stuff in your list....we don't care.
Original Post:
First, a couple of words about me: I've always been a PVE player in WoW.
In BC I've raided Kara with some IRL friends, but I strived for more. I rerolled to another realm and became a member in a 3day casual raiding guild.
My BC gaming experience is: full T6 with prot warrior, almost full T6 with holy and shadow priest. Full T4 and ZA with mage. Multiple bear runs with prot warrior and shadow priest.

Zones and Quests
Leveling zones are mostly fun and well done in BC. Quests are not much more interesting than in vanilla. The placement of quest hubs is better by magnitudes however. You're not forced to travel a lot, move across continents all the time, most areas are pretty much self-contained.
Dailies are a great idea, however I loathe doing them besides daily HC and BG. They are just as boring as traditional grinding, with additional strife and griefing over tagging mobs and quest resources. I'm too old to enjoy that. Most specs except some tanking and healing specs are completely adequate to grind with, so I've found no real need to do dailies.
Much more roads are safe for traveling, than in old WoW. Traveling is much better.

5-men content
5mans are mostly fun and short enough to be run before a raid or whenever you feel like. The badge system was good, except that I'd rather see it being tiered, so you don't get T6 level rewards for running sub-T4 content. The heroic mode is a superb idea, but I'd like to see a third, higher difficulty level too.
Corpse runs are a tad too long generally.
Too many heroics were overtuned in the beginning and even then most of them were trivialized by bringing multiple mages.
Heroic versions of lvl70 instances not offering higher quality or at least different loot was very disappointing.

Raids
The change to 10/25 raiding was not bad, altough a 10/20 would have been much much better. Organizing guilds for doing both 10 and 25 man content was and still is a royal pain. I don't see anything that could have not been tuned for 20 man.
Kara was really painfully overtuned in the beginning, especially for the green-blue geared casuals I've started to play BC with. It literally took months to progress to Prince.
Most raid bosses were bland and boring. I'd definetly like to see less instagib-your-tank bosses (hello Mother) and more survival and execution style ones like Archimonde, Council and Kael'Thas.
T5+ and Kara trash were too much and too boring. ZA and Mag/Gruul trash was totally great on the other hand. Less trash and more challenging bosses are the way to go.
Some things were really broken in PVE: raid balance I'm looking at you. Being forced to stack shamans was bad. Doing Akama with 3-4 healers, then a couple bosses later Bloodbloil needing 8-11 was totally nonsense. Locks doing more personal and RDPS than mages in endgame was stupid aswell.
The ZA timed bear runs were a total blast, that idea gets 11 on a 10 scale in my opinion. I even enjoyed the very last run just before 3.0.2 hit. I'm looking forward to see more stuff like that in the future.

PvP
I'm not a PVP player. I've tried arenas and I completely disliked it.
Sometimes I play BGs just to find out that PVP balance does not exist at all. Some classes were always counters of other classes and PVP is not balanced 1v1, I understand that. Now the specialized PVP gear only worsens this balance problem in BGs. My 8K hp PVE geared frostmage got ganked in 2.4 seconds (measured by CombatTimeFU) by an S3 rogue. How am I meant to counter or enjoy that?
Getting guaranteed epic sets for doing nothing productive in BGs or even in Arenas was bad aswell, this was referred as "welfare epics".

Professions
The "consumable nerf" was one of the best decisions ever made by Blizzard, imho. Some items like engineering helmets and tailor sets are/were overtuned. It felt like they failed to come up with fun and interesting additions for these professions, so in turn they've added overpowered items to make these appealing.

Reputations, factions
A lot of things were tuned regarding reputations in BC. Compared to oldworld stuff like AD and CC they are really easy to grind now, maybe except Consortium and Aldor/Scryer, but you can at least "buy" the latter ones. I like how they offer sensible rewards, but it's not fun at all to grind Shatar revered with the 6th 70 character for the head enchant. Lowering heroic keys to honored was a godsend, after grinding 3 chars to revered-with-all, I didn't really want to repeat it once again.

Lore
I don't care about lore at all.

Best and Worst
Best: ZA bear run, some T5+ endbosses, daily quests. Reducing randomness of loot through badge system. Allowing alts to quickly become raid viable through the badge and crafting system. Draenei females; I love them Flying mounts are cool. Most specs are completely raid viable now.
Worst: PVP imbalance. DPS outscaling tank TPS, general threat-oversensitivity. Raid stacking, raid composition problems. Leatherworking drums nonsense. Too much trash, trash on a relatively short respawn timer. Too many encounters that favored ranged DPS. BC raiding really required a professional mindset. I mean you HAD to know a lot of game mechanics to output at least average level of DPS or TPS. The game still does not teach you what is a hit cap, how to achieve it, how to decide which gear is better for you, which rotations are better, etc. You have to make research on these topics and this is too much for a lot of casual players. "Ass-cleaves" existed for months after release, making melee DPS completely worthless (or at least a healer drain) on a lot of encounters and trash.
