oh and I'm considering this as my 80 raiding spec:

some points are debatable, depending on the gear I'll have and whether mana will be more of an issue or not. as for lvling, it doesn't rly matter. the instances are piss-easy and thats kinda thesame for lvling. I don't mind drinking on the rare occasion to get some mana back and @ 70 farming with a 61 point balancespec without dreamstate I can keep killing mobs without barely any downtime, just an innervate every 6 min.
