I just had a thought i'd like to run by you guys, a high end (21-51 point) talent for elemental that unlinks the cooldowns on our shocks (wind and earth would remain linked) I feel this could solve a lot of the 'you cant do any damage while slow/tounges/rogue is on you in PvP' problem we have.
If it was 21 points enchance could give up wolves to get, resto give up riptide.

It sounds overpowered, but using frost then earth shock is hardly different from arcane barrage + fireblast now is it.

Another idea was to allow thunderstorm to break all CC/slows/tounges/silence effects you have, it would be at least useful when your fighting on a 5 degree slope then.

Also AOE, what are blizzard thinking wasting time on that. Do any of us really give a shit about that? Make Chain Lightning jump 5 times @ 15% loss with a glyph and ill be happy enough.
