Hit gear is out there, you just need to get it and focus on it if possible.

We should be fully hitcapped by the time we get Ilvl 213, with the focus dropping off more and more as our gear progesses. Few people were fully hitcapped at this point in the game of level 70 when TBC came out except for us with our rediculous talents.

I have 10.91 hit which is close enough for me in a specific build I am aiming for with full T7 and no cloth.

We are just on the same level as every other non shadow priest caster now.
