Keep in mind I think ur guide is awesome like i said, I'm being highly critical of how i would fine tune it and if you or other people don't agree with me then its just more fun to debate. I think the biggest difference between our opinions is that yours would focus a bit more on 25man raiding with some pro guild.

1. the shield is a little bigger for a massive single spike, and if ur raid was filled with aoe healers i could maybe see a priest going disc as being the best option but since i feel that's like telling a warlock, hey we are going to remove all your aoe and if the boss is a beast u get +3% damage ok?
2. yes, imp renew is in the suggested holy build instead of holy reach
3. it's certainly not so much that i can't control my aggro, its just that adds come, aggro happens, rogue fails, tanks occasionally don't see adds immediately, the add is ranged, get resisted etc, the aggro comes before your gcd comes up, i think it's less a case of my tanks being bad as yours being great and quickly putting the content on farm most of you that post i'm guessing are in top end guilds, whereas i think most the people that read it are in a medium-top end like me or worse, maybe i shouldn't make too much a stink about this i personally right now like 20% less aggro rather than 1.5% more healing and the guide listed silent resolve as "low priority, or useless"
4. "i think" was bad wording what i what i should have put and meant is mainly like how u said it's dependent on circumstances. Throughput is hard to compare to mana efficiency although it can also be generalized, just as we generalize 80% fsr it just gets foggier the deeper you go. After all when you choose your stats you are always generalizing. I would try to list exact point values for each type of stat and then maybe give some formulas for how they change based on your stats, that's pretty hard to do though. You already did a lot of the math, i did a bunch in addition to it but it can become very complex and cloudy. But you asked for math so i plan to post a Big Ugly Mathy thing on why int is best stat soon.
5. If 1 button monkey is the best i will unhappily go along with being a 1 button monkey
6. yes, truth is most people are way to slow in clicking them they sit there not being used and when shit hits the fan people go to click them and if it even takes .2s it can be even more of a waste than if you had just immediately healed, i'll give another example i macro inner focus to prayer of healing, since its like 1850 mana, if you instead use it to break into spirit regen you can only get a maximum of 5s of spirit regen from it minus meditation which is like 600mana or less, on the other hand the difference between poh and gheal is like 800 which means poh should always be inner focused unless ur talented.
7. Soul Preserver seems to be best trinket in game assuming u use coh. spam coh should give .114*800*3.33 = 307mp5 maximum
