So, interesting story. A couple pages back when I posted the following:

Okay folks, I realize you're all excited about the possibilities of deep-sub specs for raiding, but lets try to keep this conversation productive. We don't really need pages upon pages of "I specced HaT and did Naxx" anecdotes - yes, you generate a lot of combo points, and yes, Eviscerate hits pretty hard, and we're glad you're having fun. These points have been discussed extensively. Hence, please avoid such trivial observations in the future - provide some new insights or observations or analysis or otherwise something that we haven't heard before. Thanks.

I wasn't kidding. You might also refer to http://elitistjerks.com/f31/a34-forum_rules/, #6. In short: yes, HaT in it's current bugged state does a lot of damage. If that's all you have to say, don't bother posting.

A WWS report from my guild's Patchwerk kill last night:

I did 7481 DPS using this build, wound poison on mainhand, deadly poison on offhand. We had 3 HAT rogues in the group, 1 hunter and 1 ench shaman. The three rogues used ToTT in a triangle. I could pretty much spam evis every gcd. Vanished 2 times during the fight for garrotte + the 10% increased dmg. Used a potion of speed when heroism hit. Did not use DMF buff.

I think our kill lists in at a shared 4th fastest ever recorded, thanks to HAT
