So i was wondering, how is spell penetration nowerdays for PvE?
Doesnt resistance lower the dmg from spells, and not give a chance to fully resist them?
If yes, would it be any use in PvE (Raids mostly), do the bosses have some kind of resistances, and so the dmg from spells would increase with penetration?
