I am simply wondering: What specc and stats are the best for PvE dps? And rotation?
I am currently going with 0/41/30, and I get about 2k dps in heroics.
My friend, however, has the same specc as me, and he goes 3.4k dps. His gear is a bit better, but not 1.4k dps better.
What is the best specc for max dps?
What is best rotation?

Allso, Blizzard confirmed that a felguard should do 800-1k extra dps. Mine does 300-400 dps. lol?
