For fear of stepping on the toes of the prominent rogues here, I want to counter that statement above. While, yes, I agree that we should be looking at what we're doing well (and conversely, what we're not doing well), an analysis of global DPS across the class would be a valuable piece of the puzzle to help us determine where we may or may not be lacking.

Sadly, though, I think this is all lip service; we really don't have access to the data we'd need anyways - but Blizzard would.
It wouldn't take much datamining and analysis to look at these numbers, and I would honestly be surprised if Blizzard *wasn't* doing this already, or at least planning on doing it.

I, for one, would love access to all of their log tables.
