Im at work... so fired up the spreadhseet and thought I'd answer my own question.
Edit: Fixing my numbers cause im a spreadsheet noob. Loaded my talents tinkered with the shot rotation, and using the stock 'level 80 raid' buffs' agi appears to be a ~3dps improvement over subbing in ap gems as survival.
