so, aldriana changed his estimate for hit ratings, makes sense to me. Intuitively, hit rating until poison cap should be most important as hit rating is the most effective rating to increase damage by one straight up percent across the board, while non-white accounts for 70+ percent of mut rogue dmg.
I would believe any serious guild would raid with a SP, thus making poison hit cap around 210, easily achievable, IMO
