Well I have no idea how your mages are doing "great AE-dmg" but on bigger pulls, you get owned by DK's and s-priests, on smaller pulls even warriors deal the same or more than a mage.
So please clearify: What is this "excellent aoe damage" you are talking about? (which half of the time already fails, because Blizzard has no pushback protection.

You, pretty much, have no idea. They said: Hey, you bring the player, so I though...well maybe I don't have to reroll to a "pure"class. Then they say: A pure class will always outshine a hybrid on thze damage-meter, so I finally abandoned my beloved main, and switched to mage.
I had your opinion for a long time, but I learned better, that nothing will every change. If frost would, by accident, deal more damage, they would be nerfed in seconds after a protest storm of all those firemages.
Bring the player already is in the game for mage, but it's not: Bring the player that can't even figure out the raiding spec.
Lastly, please stop that minority bull....
We all see us as the majority and the opposing view as the minority (even the Bolschewiki though so^^).
