So too is claiming that you sacrifice everything for single-target dps when many Frostfire mages can spec for excellent aoe damage (in both the frost and fire trees), for example. And it's also arrogant to claim that simply because you absolutely require your spec to do more damage it should be so, purple monkey dishwasher! I tried to hint at this point above, but it seems I need to spell it out. If you feel that your fun is being infringed upon because another class/spec can do equal damage and stand in the fire a little longer, maybe you should play a game that's more suited to your monomaniacal impulses, and not this ever-changing, social, cooperative MMO. Because it's pretty clear you are in the minority, and Blizz will always pursue changes that bring in more players, instead of those changes that exclude. If yours is the prevailing sentiment on the official forums, then I can see how that dumb ass armor class argument came about...
