i have a question i"m having a hard time keeping my hit rating up as most gear up grades do not have hit , I have heard and read many threads about hit rating but i haven't found a definitive answer to the lack of hit rating . is the gear available using a imaginary hit rating or is the new specs integrated into overall DPS as the spread sheets show an increase in DPS possibility
