I'm also considering that after 25% I'll drop Immo (making MC useless) and still benefitting from SE.

Note here at this point that ISB suffers from the same deal as MC: After 25% you don't SB anymore since DS ticks results in more damage making the talent non-existant. However, it's still debateable if Immo should be left out after 25% (I haven't heard any solid evidence on this yet anyway).

- That second point in Eradication might actually be valuable. - Open for discussion

1p should be enough, the rest go into stuff like ISB 5/5. I think the battle stands between which you should put excess points into (if you got any) after ISB is maxed out and Eradication has 1/3 and MC 1/3 as well. Maybe better spent into Imp-improving talents?

- The Felhunter will do about the same damage as an un-glyphed/talented Imp for Affliction after the patch. - Open for discussion
The Felhunter still seems bugged making Imp better (I won't say superior). In the end though, I think it comes down whether you need the spirit buff or not.

- Soul Fire is still useless, in every possible situation and way. Critique on this spell will have to wait until further notice from Blizzard. - Generally accepted
I somewhat disagree. Most of the math I've seen of SF vs Incinerate claims that SF is slightly better if you don't have to move anything, but where mobility is an issue (such as Sapphiron) Incinerate wins since you can LT while moving.

- Conflagrate (with or without glyph) without Backdraft is a DPS loss. Therefore it should only be cast for the haste buff whenever it's off cooldown. 1x CB and 2x Incin should be spells cast during Backdraft - Open for discussion
This might change after the patch since one bug fixed with next patch will be that Emberstorm now correctly affects Conflagrate as well. When patch goes live, Conflagrate (if you have the glyph) should be cast whenever off CD and (assuming Immo is up) Incinerate x3 (CB first if it's up) and if Immo runs out while haste-buffed, one of the casts has to go to renewing Immo (which shouldn't be a DPS-loss thanks to BD now affecting GCD).

- The mana regained from Improved Soul Leech will result in less Life Taps, thus resulting in an increase of DPS. - Generally accepted(?)
A WWS which was provided in the Destruction-thread showed that ISL gave as much mana as Replenisment (which was almost 5k) which equals to maybe 2 LTs. Whether that is good or not for 5p is debateable IMHO.
- Empowered Imp, deep in the Destruction tree is a terrible and utterly useless talent. (I made this statement very provoking to force replies/ideas on this talent). - Open for discussion
I wouldn't call it useless since 15% damage of your Imp is still 15%. However the worth of the talents considering how high it is in the tree is up for discussion.
