My feelings on recommending hunter macros for dead simple, easily reproduced rotations should already be known at this point. 'Trinket' macros are fine. Shot macros, not so much.

First off, it's your pet. Corehounds are terrible DPS pets. Cats, Scorpids, and Devilsaurs are the top DPS pets right now, with each of the non-exotics getting a slight "nerf" come next patch. This is because their pet buffs currently scale higher with raid buffs than other pets. Secondly, your spec is decent for raiding, and is close to a typical 53/18, but in Naxx 10, individual DPS is ENTIRELY dependent on the group/group buffs present. As each group is different from the other, different buffs give different numbers to different players.
Thirdly, you could easily spec 50/21 till the next patch. You WILL see a major difference in DPS. Especially if you're properly glyphed. Make sure you have Steady Glyph, Hunter's Mark/Serpent Sting (either is fine), Glyph of Bestial Wrath, Mend pet, Revive Pet, and Feign Death. While your spec is certainly competitive, you want to tweak it to look something like the following 3 specs. Either one will work fine. The last is the 50/21 cookie cutter that's being nerfed.

Lastly, here's a macro you can use to help you out. You should already be using one anyway, along with another "trinket" macro to blow your TBW, Kill Command, and Trinket at once, but here you go in case you're not.
