If you had read the first post in full, which you should have done, then you would have found the relevant information. I'll even be nice and paste it here for you:

crit multiplier formula

crit_multiplier = (1 + ( ((1.5 [* CSD]) - 1) * (1 [+ ice_shards] [+ burnout] [+ spell_power] [+ 4pct7]) )) [* ignite]

ex: Frostfire bolt + ignite + burnout + ice shards + CSD + 4pct7
(1 + ( ((1.5 * 1.03) - 1) * (1 + 1 + 0.5 + 0.05) )) * 1.4 = 334.565%

Thanks for the help with the Formula... One other thing. I dont quite see how frostfirebolt crits for 334% damage? I can see 50% burnout, 100% iceshards, 5% t7, 3% CSD, 40% ignite thats 198%... wheres the other 136% coming from???
