It doesn't sound like you are executing your rotation well enough. That was the trouble I had with blood. This may be due to latency or interface lag or lack of trying, I dunno. You should be getting atleast 3 HSs before your last OB and maybe 4. The goal is 4. If you can't get 4 with this spec, it's not going to stand out and your rotation gets even more sloppy as the fight wears on. This does vary, though, if there's movement involved in the fight. The more waiting around you do to OB and finish the rotation the less dps you can do. Understand that hitting every rune ability as soon as you can at every point in the rotation is the key to DK dps.

I would find a better sigil, there's no doubt you can get your hands on one. Might want to try a few of the new ones at Venture Bay, you can get them in 5 minutes. The badge one isn't bad either. Up your Blacksmithing to get 2 more gem slots.

A WWS or WMO parse would be necessary to give you more concise guidance. You are really geared. You should be killing Patchwerk faster. Where do you rank within your guild's dpsers?
