If you want to address an entire post, just quote the post. Splitting it like that is not only against the forum rules, but breaks up the flow and generally makes it a mess to read.

Heart of the Phoenix is irrelevant, since your pet should not be dying. Armour and health are irrelevant, since your pet should not be taking hits and will be able to be healed through incidental AoE simply using Mend Pet and raid AoE healing. In one of your posted builds you also have Lick Your Wounds which is irrelevant, since your pet should not be taking that much damage and all the time it's licking, it's not attacking.
On the other hand, Dash and Boar's Speed are not irrelevant. These reduce the time spent running between targets and therefore increase the time spent attacking. You missed both these talents, but the 4 points from BM are not required to take them.

That would be true if it were not possible to keep the pet alive simply with Mend Pet and raid AoE heals, which it is. Pets do not require targeted heals in any current raid instances. That's not to say they won't in Ulduar, just what the situation is now.

If you were going to concentrate more on survivability, you would certainly put points in these, however it is clearly not required since many hunters raid without any of these survivability talents and their pets don't fall over dead the whole time.
This build incorporates all of the pet talents that actually increase your DPS, without resorting to the additional talent points from BM. The only real value of the additional talent points lies in creating a viable Tenacity build for pet tanking, they are simply not required in any way for raid DPS.
