It seems to me that waiting for Explosive shot ticks to end then casting another while under LnL would be better.
Under lock and load...
First ES > 1.5 seconds for GCD with a 1 tick per 2 seconds. That'd be .5 seconds over the GCD.
Where as if you weave shots like Steady or Aimed you'd have
ES > 1.5 sec for GCD > Aimed > Another 1.5 seconds for GCD. The 2 ticks would already be up in the middle of that.
Steady shot would be the same way except more time would pass than another 1.5 if you aren't haste capped.
