Hi fellows,
I do not include/understand the advantage of choosing a 17/54/00 instead of one 21/50/00. Where are the pure dps abitlities included in the four extra-points after the 50 points stage in frost ? Especially when we know all Rune tap to be very usefull on encounters as Sartha3D ? The 2 expertise and 2% of strenght and stamina are more profitable than the pvp oriented 5 extra frost points imho.
