When you break 54.8% with raid buffs, Ferocious Bite becomes 100% crit vs a boss that has a bleed on it. I've had my crit at 57%+ before, though its a bit lower due to a few changes in gear. It still is above the 54.8 threshold, though.

I believe there is a 95% crit cap. But that should be reachable with ease.
