Sentences should end with proper punctuation, such as periods or question marks. Note that "lol", smileys, and ellipses are not on that list.

Jone and others kindly pointed out the glaring omission from my rotation... I guess I do it without even thinking about it but I do often keep rake up often just before the rip... I like it when they bleed

Overall you got the general idea, but what you need to do is include rake into your rotation. Rake is amazing effective for us, and should take presidency over shred. Also a minor thing is that you don't have to start out with a 5-SR, what a lot of people tend to do is mangle->SR->rake or rake->SR->mangle, theirs just no need to no need to "waste"(non SR attacks) to get 5-SR int he beginning. Lastly don't be afraid to only put 1-2 cp int SR if your RIP is going down as well, SR does not really get any better or worst with more/less CP in it.

I usually prefer to go for the longer SR time in case the opportunity for a good Berserk-fest presents itself :-) Shred is happytime with SR and Berserk...
I've also been playing with Swipe(Cat)... 2 quick swipes followed by TF then a couple more swipes and then pop Berserk and spam it best as I can has seen some pretty absurd DPS on big packs of mobs... is fun if you manage to not get yourself squished by a dozen mobs who're all suddenly quite cranky with you. There's a fine balance for it and sometimes a quick Dash away and Shadowmeld can be a lifesaver, sometimes lol
