All of this can be answered with a few wowhead searches.
Is it profitable to prospect ore? Check your AH for Saronite and gem prices, then check wowhead for the prospecting tables. Specific prices from other servers will never help you, as you have to look at the whole picture.
Do you need to be a raider to get JC recipes? Check wowhead for the source of recipes.
By the way, you should probably re-read the forum rules if you don't want to be infracted for your posting style.
