The grammar infractions will continue until it improves. Chatspeak is not permitted here. Punctuation is a good thing. And so forth.

Now, one thing I have noticed is that some of the other players are killing the bosses quicker which would show an increase in dps but my dps seems to fluxuate, not by a lot but an annoying amount.
I feel like my rotation is pretty solid, open with Mangle, Rake and Shred to 5cp, SR, shred, shred, rip, tigers fury.. rince, repeat and using beserk. I'm usually one of the top 3 dps on bosses unless I'm having to tank or offtank.

Looking at your gear, I believe u can do alot more dps. Whilst shorter fights might be skewed in favour of some spikey RNG/crit strings, a 3mins + patchwerk fight, probably be alright for a feral ,as it would allow us to pop Berserk twice
I do believe that Tiger's Fury, Savage Roar and Berserk should be used asap in order to get maximum uptime/usage in a fight.
Popping Tiger's Fury/Berserk earlier, allows for more usage per fight which would result in a greater increase of dps.
On when to use first use SR (either 2-3cp SR or full 5 cp SR), Whilst i think it's partially a preference, i believe that mangle rake SR opening rotation would offer greater dps potential for you. A 40% increase in ap is a huge contribution to our dps, so we want SR up asap.
My own starting rotation is along the likes of Mangle, Rake, SR, Shred, Tiger's Fury, Berserk, Shred til 5cp rip, Shred til 5cp Sr, then Shred up to 4/5 cp, and pop Ferocious Bite when Berserk ends. (During berserk, mangle/rake must always be maintained).
Usually after Berserk, I will usually have to reapply mangle/rake then start to rebuild 5cp for Rip, Tiger's Fury should be almost ready.
