1) Notice that the first post asks people not to simply link their UI and a list of addons. This includes linking your UI without the list of addons.
2) Quoting a giant image to add "this is nice" is what we refer to as "overquoting" and is similarly against the rules.
Basically, here you have created a fairly massive post, of which the only content of substance is the last 10% of the post.

Set the owner (under Bar Settings) to 'player'. That should solve it.
