My point of "imp demo shout is useless" is that World of Warcraft is turning into a casual game, not something for hardcore players. We won't see Ulduar nowhere near like SSC/TK in TBC at the start, if you ask me.
They did it with Naxxramas and they're definitely going to do it with Ulduar.
All you need in raids is to max out the DPS, nothing else, really..
I could, just maybe, drop 2 points to imp demo shout if it was really required, but not 5.
